1. Processing Time

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and are your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, please contact the shipping carrier first. For lost-in-transit packages, contact us within [14 days] of the expected delivery date.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
